    • 2009-2010 Lodge Reservations - 2009-10-22 13:18:29 -

      Hard to believe its that time of year again - time for the first round of reservations for the Lodge.

      Reservations for 12/3 through 1/3 will be taken starting November 1st at 12:00am.  

      • - Reservations will be processed to maximize occupancy at the Lodge in a first come first serve basis. 
      • - Email will continue to be my preferred method for reservations.
      • - Please note if your email is received prior to 12:00am you will be moved to the end of the list
      • - Please also note that emailing one copy of your request is enough - if I get more than two requests with the same information your priority will be lowered

      A couple of notes:

      • - Open House 12/4-6 - reduced rate for members and guests
      • - 12/11-13 - reduced rate for members and guests
      • - 12/18-19 - reducted rates for members and guests
      • - Check out the calendar for available dates - any long weekends that I know about the house being open are already posted.

March 6th, 2010 Club Race at PICO

 

Please be sure to join us at Pico for the CRAIGMEUR SKI CLUB RACE on SATURDAY MARCH 6th, 2010.  This is always a good time of fun with friends and family.  Once again the picnic will be on the mountain provided by DiaMon Catering (Olivier & Diane) directly after the races.

Lift Tickets – Ordering Vouchers/Group Sales through the club is now closed

PICO HOUSING INFORMATION FOR CLUB RACE:  “IF” THERE IS NO ROOM IN THE INN: Glenn has made arrangements with the following hotels for Race Weekend -  Friday March 5 and Saturday March 6th. YOU must tell them at time of reservation YOU are with the Craigmeur Ski Club for these rates.  Note: The cutoff for these rates was 2/17 – but if you still need this option  – try, the worst they can say is no.

  • Ramada Inn * South Main Street * Rutland, Vt * 802-773-3361 – $ 69.00 Plus tax per night. Breakfast included.  Dave is the manager who Glenn worked with at the Ramada.
  • Holiday Inn * 802-775-1911 – Rate $ 109.00 Plus tax per night.  Breakfast included.  Kathy is the group manager who Glenn worked with at the Holiday Inn.

Suggestion – If you are on the Craigmeur Lodge Waitlist you may wish to make a reservation at one of these hotels, just in case.  Be sure to confirm their cancellation policy if in the event you do get a bed at the Lodge.

Meals:  Members and Guests who will be joining the barbecue at PICO and/or Dinner at the lodge Saturday who are staying off site MUST advise the coordinators.

  • Pico Picnic – Diane or Olivier.
  • Dinner at Lodge – Kimberly.
