ACTIVITIES – Swimming, Fishing, Horseshoes, Softball and Volleyball
MENU – Clams, Burgers, Steak, Ribs, Corn on the Cob, Salads, Beer, Soda, Snacks, Desserts and Much More!!! See below for our “COOK OFF CONTEST!”
RATES - $5.00 Discount Per Person if Paid prior to July 7th:
Member Adults – $20.00
Non-Member Adults – $30.00
Children Ages 13-20 – $15.00
Children Ages 7-12 – $5.00
Children 6 and under – FREE
Help is needed for SET UP and CLEAN UP of this event. SALADS & DESSERTS are always needed. This year we will hold “COOK OFF CONTESTS.” People’s Choice Awards for:
CONTEST #1 – Salad/Dessert          CONTEST #2 – OTHER
Please contact GLENN DESANTIS to volunteer your time and your best salad and/or dessert creation.
You can sign up with Bob Apgar and Glenn DeSantis for this premier event by attending any meeting on the following dates at THE EXCHANGE May 5th, May 19th, June 2nd, June 16th, July 7th, July 21st or August 4th. ALL ATTENDEES MUST SIGN UP by August 4th. Due to capacity restrictions NO WALK-INS will be permitted.
