weekend for members unable to get into the lodge.
Please look at the drop dead date required for the
rate guarantee at both locations.

2 rooms with 2 beds @ 89.00 per night
15 rooms with 1 bed @ 79.00 per night

109.00 per night ( regular rate is 179.00)

VERY IMPORTANT -
Mike/We will be collecting $$$ for the discount
tickets for club race at the meetings. The Group prices are $42 adults,Â
$34 13-18,$29 12 & under . The last day to prepay will be Feb
27Th. If you are unable to make a meeting in Feb, you
can mail your check to the P.O. Box in Rockaway. The
tickets will be at the lodge on Friday night March 7,
2008. This will avoid the hassle of trying to get lift
tickets to everyone on Saturday morning at PICO.
If you book a room at a area hotel and plan to come to
the lodge for Saturday night dinner, race review &
awards, etc please let Kim know. We need a accurate
head count for dinner and the tailgate party.
