THE SEASON IS HERE.
It is time for the annual Craigmeur Ski Club Holiday Party. It will be held at The Exchange in Rockaway, NJ on Wednesday, December 13th, from 7pm - 11pm. There will be a buffet dinner with dessert, cash bar, festive music provided by a new DJ, and the one and only Gift Wrap Your Partner Contest with prizes to be awarded. We will also have our usual grab bag gift exchange. Please bring a wrapped gift that costs no more than $10.00 The cost for the evening is $25.00 per person. CRAIGMEUR SKI CLUB TOYS FOR TOTS CAMPAIGN! 

The Holidays are a time of joy,  happiness and goodwill.  It is a time of giving and helping those that are less fortunate than ourselves, especially children.  Please find it in your hearts to donate a toy this year for the children. 

Toys will be collected during the November 29th and December 6th, meetings and delivered to the Marine Corp. Reserves warehouse  on December 7.  All toy donations need to be new and unwrapped with a dollar value over $10 dollars.  For those of you unable to purchase a toy,  I will also be accepting cash donations.   On behalf of the U.S. Marine Corp. 1^st Sgt. Meisinger, I thank all of you for participating in such a wonderful program for the children.

• - Cancellations more than 14 days in advance will receive a full refund
• - Cancellations made between 13 - 7 days in advance will receive a refund for food only unless the bed(s) are filled prior to the weekend
• - Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to a weekend will receive a refund only if the bed(s) are filled
• - The lodge does not need to be full in order to receive a refund - if you cancel the next reservation(s) will fill your cancelled spot(s)
• - The lodge will not keep credits for anyone - anyone due a resevation will be issued a refund check by the Treasurer

Giants Stadium Ski Show - December 04 thru 09 - NJSC is looking for volunteers to sit at their table and provide information to show attendees.  The show hours are Tues-Fri 2pm to 12 midnite, Saturday 12 noon - 6pm.  See Chris Budd to sign up & get the NJSC contact info.
 

NJSC - Hidden Valley ski night - Thursday January 18, 2007, 5pm to closing, $18 Lift ticket gets you buffet pasta dinner, race participation, drink specials, giveaways.  Craigmeur will provide complimentary lift tickets to the first twenty (20) members to sign up.  Come to a meeting & get on the list !
 

Voucher sign-ups are available thru Chris Budd at any Craigmeur meeting.  Sign ups & payments are taken at the same time.  Sign-up cutoff / voucher delivery dates as follows:

notes:

(1) additional beds may become available 10 days before the weekend as they are being saved for shareholders

(2) Reservations for the month of January will be taken starting December 1 - reservations can be made by email, at the meeting, or by phone (least preferred)

ATTENTION: ALL CRAIGMEUR SKI CLUB MEMBERS

Pelican Sport Center is hosting a special evening exclusively for Craigmeur Ski Club members. On Tuesday, November 21 from 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm, Pelican in Morris Plains will be offering all Craigmeur members with an ACTIVE membership card an additional 10% discount on all items. Items such as skis, snowboards, boots, ski and snowboard packages, eyewear and outerwear are included. In addition to the 10% discount, purchase a new ski or snowboard and bindings to receive a Free Lift Ticket and $50 Gift Card. Also walk out with new ski or snowboard boots and the gift card jumps to $100. And don’t leave without participating in the Trade-In Event for new jackets. Donate a used jacket for charity and receive a $25 Gift Card on top of the 10% discount with the purchase of a new jacket.
