Mother Nature is doing everything she can to inspire you to get out & ski. Cold rain & snow in New Jersey promises a white Christmas, Vermont resorts are reporting the best early season conditions in years, many having powder daze already !! Get out there & ski !!
Not much new this month so the report below may look familiar.Â
When patronizing retailers / resorts / restaurants in ski country or anywhere else, remember to show your Club membership card with the NJSC member sticker to inquire about discounts and deals. Also check the new NJSC web site for additional point of sale discounts under the Discount Programs – Membership Direct heading.

Points of interest this month:
Special Olympics of New Jersey – January 28-29, 2008 – Mountain Creek. Join Special Olympics of NJ and their winter athletes for two days on the slopes of competition and fun. Special Olympics needs volunteers to join in the fun and accompany the athletes during races and events. Please visit www.sonj.org to download & complete the required volunteer form and get other pertinent information. Submit the completed form to Special Olympics ASAP to ensure your request to participate is processed in time.
NJSC – 2008 Domestic trip – Jackson Hole, WY – follow the link to the flyer. NJSC – 2008 International trip – Panorama, Britsh Columbia – CUT OFF FOR SIGN UPS IS DECEMBER 18, 2007 – follow the link to the flyer. NJSC Discount Vouchers will be available thru Chris Budd at any Craigmeur meeting. Sign ups began October 03 & will continue through the winter. Payments will be taken with sign-ups. Sign-up cutoff / voucher delivery dates as follows:
cut-off 12/19/2007 – delivery January 16, 2008
cut-off 1/30/2008 – delivery February 13, 2008
POSSIBLY ONE MORE ORDER – WEATHER PERMITTING – cut-off 2/20/2008 – delivery March 12, 2008

Ski Bums of NJ – the ONLY weekly Wednesday ski bus to Hunter all winter long. Print the flyer for additional details. If you can get a group of 8-15 people, you can participate at the Ski Bums of NJ member rate. Details as per the flyer.Â
