Saturday, March 7th. The race will be held on Lower Pike at 10:30 am.
We will also have our on mountain barbecue at the base with food provided by our own Diane and Olivier of Diamon Catering.
Group lift tickets will be avail. Sign ups and payments for group tickets will be accepted at the next few meetings with a final cutoff of March 3rd. (ticket order is due March 4th). Ticket prices are as follows:
Adult age 19-64 $43.00
Young Adult/Senior age 13-18/65-69 $35.00
Junior/Super Super Senior age 6-12/70+ $30.00
5 and under free with paying adult”

LOCAL HOTEL DETAILS(provided by Glenn):
I have made arrangements with two area hotels that are offering Craigmeur members discount rates for race weekend.
YOU MUST MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS BY THURSDAY FEBRUARY 19, 2009 FOR THE REDUCED RATES.
Make you reservations directly with the hotel. The rates are for Friday March 6, 2009 and race day Saturday March 7, 2009 check out Sunday. If you need additional days please let me know- I will assist you.
Ramada Inn sold out very fast last year because of the cheaper price. They have all rooms available A/O today- 1 King bed, 2 queen beds, etc. I should have a contract in a few days but you can make reservations now. I reserved 10 rooms at Holiday Inn.
Both locations will revert to regular rates on Feb 20, 2009. Please do not delay in making your reservations.

The rate is the same as L/Y @ 109.00 per night. This rate also repersents a substantial discount. There will be a link some time tommorrow if you want to book online or you can call directly. Be sure you mention you are with Craigmeur Ski Club. I set this up with Kathy in group sales.
Please be sure to let Kimberly Holister know you will be coming to the Lodge for dinner. Kimberly will let you know the cost for dinner. The eboard needs a head count so we can be sure to count you in for the tailgate party @ PICO. (tailgate costs are covered by the club)
