The Holiday Party “Danced the Nite Away”

07 Jan

Having attended the last five Holiday Parties with Craigmeur Ski Club at the Exchange, I can say this last one had the MOST dancing by the MOST people for MOST of the time.  DJ Earl offered a great selection with requests from the floor.   Thanks to Karen Blaine, we had a circle of fun with individuals strutt’n their stuff!  Not only did the dancing make many happy, but the menu was a pleaser, too!  Those that chose to stand off on the side lines were having fun watching others enjoy themselves.  Plenty of “Grab Bags” made the holiday spirit as well as the “spirit” behind the bar!  We totalled almost 50 of good fun loving Craigmeur “family” members.  Looking forward to another “dancing” event next year.  Watch out for Larry on the dance floor.  Yes people, I said Larry actually danced…it was so much fun!  (Next year I want to see Hans and Lee step up to the plate.  Come on guys….even the Swiss Chef was able to move his feet with some kind of rhythm.)  See you on the dance floor next year!

Pictures are on their way…better late than never they say.
